12 x 12 Flip Out Pages

As promised I completed the instructions for the 12x12 flip-out pages.  I hope that I have made them easy to follow.  I would love some feedback on the instructions.  Here is a link to a PDF file so you won't have a bunch of JPG files to deal with organizing or printing.
